Email any PDF, get an Excel back
Every pdftoexcelnow account gets its own private inbox address. Forward any PDF as an attachment to that address — from your phone, from your accounting tool, from a colleague — and we'll email the converted Excel/CSV/Word file straight back to you within seconds.
Your personal address
Sign in and visit your settings to copy your address. It looks like:
your-token@convert.pdftoexcelnow.com
The token is a random 16-character string, unique to you. Treat it like a password — anyone who knows it can submit conversions billed to your account. You can rotate it from the dashboard.
How to use it
- In any mail client, compose a new message.
- Send it to your personal address (above).
- Attach a PDF. The first PDF attachment in the email is converted (one per email).
- Optionally add a hint in the subject line — e.g.
format=csv or format=docx (defaults to xlsx).
Within a few seconds you'll get a reply from no-reply@pdftoexcelnow.com with the converted file attached.
Why use it
- From your phone: long-press a PDF in Mail or Files → Share → Mail → send to your address. No app required.
- From accounting tools: set up a forwarding rule so every supplier invoice that arrives in
invoices@yourcompany.com is automatically converted.
- For non-technical teammates: they don't need an account — you can give them your address as the destination for occasional PDFs.
Limits & security
- Same per-account daily quota as the web app — Pro and Business plans get unlimited email conversions.
- Maximum 10 MB per attachment; one PDF per email.
- The webhook from the inbound email provider must carry our shared secret in the
X-Webhook-Secret header; everything else is rejected.
- Replies always go to the original sender so a spoofed envelope can't redirect output.
